Humberstone Speedway Track Facts
Humberstone Speedway a few name changes as well as several configuration changes throughout the years.
John Hael Puhl built the original 1/4 mile oval back in 1958.
- Humberstone Speedway – 1/4 mile dirt oval from 1958 – 1967.
- Gasport International Speedway – 1/3 mile dirt oval from 1968 – 1983.
- Humberstone International Speedway – 4/10 mile oval from 1984 – 2003.
- New Humberstone Speedway – 2005 – 2020
- Humberstone Speedway – 2021
- Humberstone Speedway also ran off road races and had a 1/3 mile figure 8 course in 2008 and 2009.
- Humberstone Speedway closed permanantly at the end of the 2024 racing season.
